BolliToucher Reversal Trend is a strategy for intraday trading and swing but is also suitable for trading with Binary Options High/Low. The poupose of this trading system is find the price mouvement when the price bounces or came back from the Bollinger Bands for more precision I have add the trend filter for to have less false signals.
Time Frame 5 min or higher.
Currency pairs: majors, minors and Indices and Stocks.
Expiry time 3-candles.
This strategy is also suitable for Renko chart box size 3 pips or higher.
Metatrader 4 indicators setting
Bollinger bands period 20 and 2.5 deviation.
BolliToucher 20 perid and 2.0 deviation.
RSI filter 2 period.
Renko scalp indicator (4, 12, 7).
Slow Stochastic oscillator (20, 3, 5).
Trading rules BolliToucher Reversal Trend
Buy
When the price bounces or came back from the lower Bollinger bands buy when the all indicators are agree:
Stochastic oscillator crossing upward,
RSI white square,
Renk Scalp white square.
Place initial stop loss below the lower Bollinger bands (2.0).
Profit Target at middle band or with predetermined profit target.
Sell
When the price bounces or came back from the upper Bollinger bands buy when the all indicators are agree:
Stochastic oscillator crossing downward,
RSI orchid square,
Renk Scalp orchid square.
Place initial stop loss below the upper Bollinger bands (2.0).
Profit Target at middle band or with predetermined profit target.
