Buy
When the price is below the lower band of one of the two dynamic indicators and after, come back into the channel, wait the first signal buy (or with MACD alert or with a buy arrow).
Sell
When the price is above the upper band of one of the two dynamic indicators and after, come back into the channel, wait the first signal sell (or with MACD alert or with a sell arrow).
Exit position is discretionary becouse depends by also on the type of indicator that is used to enter.
When you reach a level pivot is recommended to close the profit.
Put the initial stop loss he previous swing high / low.

How to uninstall Forex Dynamic Intraday Trading Strategy?
To shut down an indicator, one has to remove it from the chart. At that, its drawing and recalculation of its values will stop. To remove an indicator from the chart, one has to execute its context menu commands of “Delete Indicator” or “Delete Indicator Window”, or the chart context menu command of “Indicators List – Delete”.
