In this strategy I used Drake along with i-regression channel. This is a trading system price action that you can use also for trading without binary options high/low.
Time Frame 15 min or higher.
Expiry time 4-6 candles.
Metatrader Indicators:
I-Regression channel (period 200, degree 4). The loweer and higher zone of the channel are as the support and resistence dinamic zone.
Fractal indicator,
Candle time,

Rules for Drake Delay Stochastic binary high/low system
Buy call
When yellow dot formed in lower bands (red and blue zone) wait that Drake Delay Stochastic crosses upward.
Buy put
When yellow dot formed in higher bands (red and blue zone) wait that Drake Delay Stochastic crosses downward.
Note for best profitability: When we are in the trend it is still better to trade in the direction of the trend than taking pullback trades as the trend flow trades are of higher accuracy.
