An efficiency ratio measures the net move against the total move over the lookback. That ratio sets an adaptive smoothing constant between a fast and a slow EMA speed. So the average speeds up in trends and slows down in chop.

The EA buys when KAMA turns up after being flat or falling. It sells when KAMA turns down. Each position carries a stop loss and a take profit from the start. An optional trailing stop can follow price. It can also close a trade when the signal flips to the opposite side. It holds one position at a time.
