`Buy` prints lime at width 3 using arrow 233.
`Sell` prints red at width 3 using arrow 234.

How the numbers arrive
Two fixed averages
Five bars against twenty, both exponential on the close. Neither appears in the inputs panel, so changing the pace of the tool means editing and recompiling the source.
The crossing
Two bars decide it. The fast average moving from at or below the slow one to above it prints the lime mark, and the mirrored move prints the red one.
Nothing else gets checked
There is no trend filter, no spacing rule and no strength requirement. Every crossing of those two averages earns a mark, whatever the market is doing around it.
How to use what it draws
One rule produces every mark on the chart.
The averages themselves are never drawn.
Five against twenty is a fast pairing.
Repeated crossings produce repeated marks.
`ArrowOffsetPoints` `25` is the only setting.
Each mark confirms on a closed bar.
Alert channels in this build: popup, push notification, email and sound, one message per closed bar.
A crossing is the one event this reports. `EnableAlerts` holds the master switch and a box already opens in the terminal. A phone copy, a mail copy and the desktop chime named by `SoundFile` all begin switched off.

The reference shot is EURUSD M1, and that is where a five-bar average produces the most marks. It is also where noise dominates most. On M15 the crossings thin out to something a person can act on. On H1 they become genuinely infrequent.
The rough edges
Both periods sit in the code, so tuning means editing it.
A bare crossing has no filter behind it.
In a range the two averages cross repeatedly.
Nothing spaces consecutive marks apart.

Is ArrowOffsetPoints really the only input?
For the calculation, yes. Five and twenty live in the source, so altering the pace means editing the file and recompiling it, which also leaves you maintaining your own copy of the tool.
Does ArrowOffsetPoints 25 scale with the symbol?
No, it fixes the gap at twenty-five points whatever the market is doing. That is worth checking when you move the tool to a symbol whose point size differs from a major currency pair.
What else runs before a Buy arrow prints?
Nothing. Despite what the family name suggests, one crossing test produces every mark. There is no trend check, no exhaustion gate and no spacing rule anywhere in the calculation.
Why does a Buy arrow appear so often on M1?
Because a five-bar average on one-minute bars turns on almost any small move. The reference chart is where the marks are densest, which is also where the fewest of them mean anything.
